Amherst-  24 BR Partners, LLC, c/o Ron Decola (Owners & Applicants) proposed ‘The Woodlands of Amherst’ at 25 Brook Road.  This 18-lot subdivision for single family home development would have community water supply and community septic. Zoned Northern Rural. 


Manchester- Brenton Cole (Agent) proposes to construct a planned development of 22 single-family homes at 30 Bryant Road.


Londonderry- Legacy Building & Development, LLC (applicant) and John A. Morrison Rev. Trust (owner) proposed subdividing one lot into seven residential lots at 94 Hardy Road.


Goffstown- LEED Development, LLC (care of Dylan Cruess) are seeking a Variance to permit six (6) detached single-family dwelling units as part of a condominium form of ownership on a single lot located within the Commercial Zone at Mast Road/Abingdon Way.


Goffstown- Property owners Hemily Investments, LL and PEL Properties, LLC, C/O Denise Langley have conditional approval to build (30) thirty residential condominiums units at Mast Road & Tatro Drive.


Hollis- Owners: Raisanen Homes Elite, LLC., Applicant: Fieldstone Land Consultants, PLLC residential subdivision for 35 new residential homes on a new road connecting Deacon Lane and Proctor Hill (Route 130).


Hudson- Campbello Street Extension Site Plan 36 Campbello Street Purpose: to depict the layout of eleven (11) single-family residential condominium units on a private right-of-way. Ten (10) units will be newly developed, and one (1) unit is existing. 


Windham- 33 London Bridge Road The applicant, Edward N. Herbert Associates, Inc., and property owner, Woodside III LLC, seek a Final Subdivision application. The applicant proposes to subdivide a 41.63 +/- acre parcel into fourteen (14) single family house lots.


Concord- Altus Engineering, on behalf of Ryan Taber, requests Major Subdivision approval for an 8-unit residential condominium development at 15 Hot Hole Pond Rd in the Open Space Residential (RO) District).


Rochester- The Stabile Companies/Eric Jackson, 86 Church Street (Norway Plains Associates/Scott Lawler) presented a preliminary site plan to expand existing residential development with 5 new buildings consisting of 30 new townhouse style units.
