Dover

7/25 - Our Place, Inc. proposed a 9-unit group housing facility for adults with

Intellectual Developmental Disabilities along with a single unit for a staff member. This property was previously home to the Garrison City Early Childhood Center.







Rochester

7/10 - Justin and Abigail Torr applied for a special exception to open a 90 site campground. This would be located at 0 Farmington Road & 36 Little Falls Bridge Road.








Concord

Dundee Associates LLC has requested a variance from the Zoning Board to allow a total of 153 parking spaces where 170 are required for a restaurant with drive through at 287 Loudon Road.







Nashua

Rivier University requested a conditional use permit to construct two, three-story residential units located at 435, 439, 441, 443, 445 and 447 South Main Street.




Portsmouth

361 Hanover Steam Factory, LLC requested a preliminary conceptual consultation for the construction of three residential buildings along Hanover Street to the existing 361 Hanover Street (Portsmouth Steam Factory) building for a total of 48 dwelling units including 3 workforce housing units and 69 parking spaces and associated community space.





Windham

Windham Woods School Inc. has requested a conceptual site plan consultation to construct an art building/office building, school bus office, barn and paddock area, wood shop

building, field house and an indoor sports court at 39 Roulston Road. This is a private school with about 200 students. The improvements are not intended to increase the enrollment.

7/12/24

OFF MARKET - 3 Industrial Way, a 23,840 SF building, sold off market for $3,700,000 to Redstone. Redstone is a real estate investment and management company out of Burlington, VT.

7/22/24

The former Concord Monitor building was sold for $900,000. This property will be home to NH’s first independent living facility for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
