03/19/24 Wellheart Charter Public School (K-8) proposed a conceptual review for 52 Federal Hill Road. This property is currently home to the Mile Away Restaurant.

03/06/2024 Country Village Montessori School, LLC c/o Jim Dooty presented a

non- residential site plan for 17 Route 101A to change the use from retail to a private school. This property is currently utilized by the Shoebox shoe store.
