Bow-  Bird’s Landing LLC c/o Charles Sargent Subdivision application for a proposed three-lot residential subdivision. Located at 14 Birchdale Road; Map 9, Block 4, Lot 53; Zone: Rural (RU)


Londonderry- Public hearing on an application for formal review of a site plan to construct a 67-unit multifamily residential development at 50-52 Gilcreast Road lead by Gilcreast Londonderry, LLC (Owner & Applicant). 


Londonderry- Conceptual discussion for a proposed subdivision plan at 23 Wilson Road lead by Evans Family LTD Partnership (owner/applicant).


Concord- NH Land Consultants and NH Sustainable Communities, LLC, on behalf of Thomas Cheney, requested approvals for a major site plan application for an 83-unit condominium development. The site comprises 8.33 acres with amenities such as a 1,600 sq ft club house, patio areas, pool/spa, two pickleball courts, playground, fire pits and walkways.


Raymond- A subdivision application is being submitted by Shiv Shrestha and Matt Silverstein of Onway Lake Development, LLC. The subdivision proposes the initial construction of a 38-lot conservation subdivision. with cul-de-sac streets which will constitute Phase 1 of a potential future 3 phase development.


Raymond- A Site Plan has been submitted by Jones and Beach Engineers, Inc. on behalf of Tuck Realty Corp.
