Nashua

12/7/2023 At the December planning board meeting The Law Family Companies, Inc. (Applicant) will be proposing a 15,100+/- SF retail building along with associated site improvements at 350 Amherst Street. 350 Amherst Street currently has 3 buildings, one of which was previously occupied by the Grand Buffet restaurant.







Hollis

11/21/23 Fieldstone Land Consultants (Applicant) presented a new design review to the Planning Board for a 133.67 acre, 35 home subdivision on a new road connecting Deacon Lane and Proctor Hill (Route 130). This plan is similar to an application made by the same party in June of 2023.










Hudson

11/29/2023 Nottingham Square Corporation will be presenting a proposed 4,560 SF convenience store with drive-thru window and 10 pump gas station on 2.9 acres.






Car Dealerships Incoming

Londonderry

1/11/2023 Scannell Properties (Applicant) has received a conditional use

permit to build a 50,000+ SF Tesla showroom/service center on the corner of Pettingill Road and Industrial Drive. This site is across the street from the Fed-Ex Shipping Center.



Bedford

12/4/2023 ‘Mercedes-Benz/Toyota of Bedford’. Group 1 Automotive Inc. (Owner & Applicant) of Bedford will be requesting a site plan approval for 5A East Point Drive. The 14 acre site currently has two ‘office’ buildings and two concrete foundations.






11/20/2023 TT of Willow LLC (Applicant) requested review of a conceptual plan for a proposed 33,300 SF automobile dealership for Genesis Autofair Manchester at 213 South River Road right across from Lowes/Target and adjacent to the Mini Dealership.






Notable Transactions


Manchester - 11/22/2023 The former Police Station at 351 Chestnut Street sold for $3,687,500. In 2022, the ZBA approved a 5 story, 160 unit affordable housing project on this site. According to the Union Leader the building is slated for demolition next month.


Bedford - 11/9/2023 67-69 South River Road closed for $2,000,000. The .9 acre parcel was likely purchased by Chase Bank as an applicant on their behalf presented a Bank with a drive thru ATM conceptual plan on August 14th, 2023 to the Bedford Planning Board.
