November Lookback - Commercial Developments




Portsmouth

Northeast Credit Union was granted Zoning Board relief allowing an Ambulatory Surgical Center at 100 Borthwick Avenue. The property is currently under contract to be purchased. It appears the buyer is most likely STONEFISH, LLC. The LLC's manager, Alexander Slocum Jr, is the leading Doctor of Medicine at Seacoast Plastic Surgery. 


 

Windham

Old School is looking to expand! The restaurant, currently located in Building #2 at 49 NH-111A, plans to occupy the entire building, taking over the space currently utilized by Nancy Chippindale's Dance Studio. This expansion would increase its seating capacity from 173 to 275.




 

Hudson

George Hurd is scheduled to request a variance to construct four self-storage units totaling 18,950± SF in the rear portion of the vacant 24.816± acre lot at 72 Burns Hill. This property was previously zoned as General (G) but re-zoned to Residential-Two (R-2) where this use is not permitted. Self-storage use is only permitted in the Industrial (I) and General-One (G-1) zones.


 


Salem

Keewaydin Drive Realty had a public hearing to present raising the current 55,542± SF single-story office building at 15 Keewaydin Drive. They plan on replacing the structure with a 4-story 63,700± SF office building.




 

Nashua

The Humane Society of Greater Nashua Corporation is looking to construct a 10,748± SF addition and to renovate the existing building at 24 Ferry Road.



 

Manchester

Mike Stebbins Community Center (a nonprofit) has proposed a 19,854± SF two-story multipurpose social services center at 315 Kimball Street on the west side. The property plans to include youth and child services, a community center, meeting space, a food pantry, and an outpatient healthcare practitioner.

3 Webb Place sold for $3,000,000 to Webb Place, LLC on 10/8/2024. It appears this property is being redeveloped into a Chase Bank.


 

Manchester

Matheson Tri-Gas Inc, purchased 4080 S Willow Street on 10/1/24 for $1,856,600.


 

Merrimack

The 7-Eleven at 728 DW Highway sold for $2,253,000 to Realty Income Prop 7, LLC on 10/15/2024. The buyer appears to be a real estate investment trust (REIT).


 

Plaistow

Haverhill Country Club at 93 Forrest Street sold to Lukes Way, LLC (Albert Couillard of Haverhill) for $1,200,000 on 10/16/2024. This property will be redeveloped into housing.
