It appears the ‘Technology Hill Planned Unit Development’ is moving forward. Co-developer and Primary Bank CEO Ken Solinsky presented an application for formal review for a 15,200± SF retail building, 9,400± SF childcare building, and associated site improvements.

Planet Fitness is coming to town! They applied for a sign for 123 Route 101A.

Hudson

Colbea Enterprises, LLC, reproposed a site plan for the construction of a gas station with convenience store, consisting of six (6) dispenser islands for a total of twelve (12) fueling stations, along with a proposed car wash at 7 Atwood and 97 Lowell Road.

Plaistow

R. Jeremy Hill submitted a preliminary design review of a site plan that proposes the razing of an existing barn, to be replaced with a new historically attuned replica structure on the same footprint, to include a six-bedroom bed and breakfast facility. The property is located at 18 Elm Street.

Salem

Bank of America submitted a site plan for a new 5,685± SF bank with a drive-thru at 69 Central Street.

Milford

Tuck-It-Away Self-Storage, LLC, has requested major site plan approval for a commercial office suite building complex comprised of two commercial suite buildings. These two buildings shall be 19,800± & 12,600± SF in total floor area.

Recent Notable Sales

Atkinson (9/3/24)

72 Route 111, a 6,000± SF free standing office/flex building, sold for $1,200,000. This was sold as an investment because the current tenant occupies the entire building for a childcare business. The buyer utilized owner financing to close the deal.

Bedford (6/27/24)

1 South River Road, 32,100± SF section of a strip center, sold to local investor, Tom Riley, for $3,100,000. Rite Aid recently vacated as the tenant.

Derry (8/23/24)

The Derry Diner at 29 Crystal Ave sold for $735,000 to Tapir Properties LLC. Tapir Properties, LLC's, manager is also the owner of Axis Coach Limousine Services
